Supervisor works in a company
As well as monitoring the general quality of the work, its results and overall project progress, the Supervisor reviews the site facilities, processes, working methods, tools, and so on, and in consultation with the Site Manager discusses possible improvements with the local contractor’s responsible personnel. The job also includes collaborative, training and advisory tasks, working with both local shipyard staff and fellow members of our team – people of various different nationalities. As a Supervisor, you are a member of our Technical Support Department. This is responsible for work planning and for personal guidance and development. On a day-to-day basis, you report to our Site (Project) Manager and/or Supervision Manager on the ground. The Technical Support Department is part of the Contracting & Yard Support Division.
