UP Board Result 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education has announced the results for the 2026 High School Improvement and Intermediate Compartment exams. Students can access their results on the official UP Board website, upmsp.edu.in. In addition to the results, the board has provided statistical insights regarding the candidates.


High School Examination Statistics

The High School Compartment/Improvement examination saw a total of 20,855 registrations, which included 15,705 boys and 5,150 girls. Out of these, 19,394 candidates participated in the exam, consisting of 14,616 boys and 4,778 girls. Ultimately, 19,191 candidates were successful, with 14,456 boys and 4,735 girls passing.


Pass Rates:


The pass rates for the High School exam were impressive, with 98.91% of boys and 99.10% of girls achieving success. The overall pass percentage reached 98.95%, indicating a strong performance, particularly among female candidates.


Intermediate Examination Results

For the Intermediate Compartment examination in 2026, 21,227 candidates registered, including 11,256 boys and 9,971 girls. A total of 20,540 candidates took the exam, comprising 10,839 boys and 9,701 girls. The results showed that 16,286 candidates passed, with 8,388 boys and 7,898 girls succeeding.


The pass percentage for boys in the Intermediate examination was 77.39%, while girls achieved a higher success rate of 81.41%. The combined overall pass percentage for the Intermediate compartment examination was 79.29%, again highlighting the better performance of girls.
