TS SSC Result 2023 Released: 25 Schools All Fail, 2793 Schools Got 100% Pass Results

On May 10th, the Telangana state education minister announced the results for the SSC exams held from April 3rd to 13th, 2023. Students can access their results online at bse.telangana.gov.in and bseresults.telangana.gov.in.
 
TS SSC Result 2023 Released: 25 Schools All Fail, 2793 Schools Got 100% Pass Results

On May 10th, the Telangana state education minister announced the results for the SSC exams held from April 3rd to 13th, 2023. Students can access their results online at bse.telangana.gov.in and bseresults.telangana.gov.in. Out of the 4,91,000 students who appeared for the exams, 4,19,000 have passed, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 86.60%. Girls have outperformed boys yet again with 88.53% of girls passing the exam as compared to 84.68% of boys. Among the total number of students who passed, 6163 students scored 10/10 GPA and 83,597 students scored between 9 to 9.8 GPA.

While Nirmal has been declared as the best-performing district with a 99% pass percentage, Vikarabad is the least performing district with a pass percentage of 59.46%. To pass the TS SSC exams, a candidate must score a minimum of 35% marks. Those who score between 350 to 499 get grade D, while students scoring between 500 to 599 are given grade C. Candidates who score between 600 to 749 are assigned grade B, and to get an A grade, candidates need to score 750 marks or above. PWD category candidates must score at least 25% marks to pass the exam.

Furthermore, 25 schools have declared all fail, while 2793 schools have achieved a 100% pass rate. For students who could not clear the examination, they can appear for the advanced supplementary exams from June 14th to 22nd, with the last date for submitting the supplementary examination fee being May 26th.

On May 9th, the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) announced the results for the Inter 1st and 2nd-year exams. The pass percentage for the 1st year is 63.85%, with 2,72,208 students clearing the exams out of a total of 4,33,082 students. In the case of the 2nd year, out of a total of 3,80,920 students, 2,56,241 cleared exams with a pass percentage of 67.26%.
