Indian Institute of Technology has declared the result of IIT JEE Advanced 2016 on 12th June 2016. Over Lakhs of engineering aspirants have taken the JEE Advanced 2016 on 22nd May 2016 at various examination centres across country and gave their best to score higher marks so that they can take admission into best IIT of India. According to the data released by IIT JEE Advanced a total of 1,55,948 candidates have registered for JEE Advanced 2016 but only 36,566 could pass the examination .

Aman Bansal of Jaipur came out as a country topper for the Joint Entrance Examinations, 2016 and the second position has taken by Bhavesh Dhingra of Yamuna Nagar. The third position in IIT JEE Advanced 2016 was taken by Kunal Goyal again from Jaipur. But today we will talk about some preparation tips shared by Aman Bansal for all the students who aspires for IIT JEE examination.

His self-belief and regular studies helped him in achieving 320 marks in JEE Advanced 2016 and his goal for taking admission into the best IIT of India. Here are some questions and answers which will definitely motivate students who are preparing for JEE exams.

Q 1. How much time you used to give for JEE Advanced Exam 2016

Answer: A self-study of around 5-6 hours is enough for a student to qualify JEE examination. I used clear my doubts immediately during classes only so that I can study at home easily without having doubts and he suggested the same for other students as well.

Q.2 What were those basic things you quit for JEE Advanced 2016?

Answer: When I set the goal to clear this examination, the first thing I did was quitting social media completely. It is the main source of distraction. Though I am not on Facebook or twitter but now I think it’s a time to make friends on social media.

Q3. In which IIT you would like to take admission now?

Answer: I have always been aspired to take admission in IIT Mumbai. I had prepared for JEE Advanced keeping in mind the goal to take admission into IIT Mumbai.

Q4. What is your dream job which has always pushed you to achieve 1st rank in JEE Advanced?

Answers: “I have seen in my neighborhood that most of the children drop out due of poor learning for not having enough sources to study. I would like to start my own start-up developing softwares which can enhance the learning of such children. I want to make softwares and mobile applications related to education.

Q5. What made you to choose engineering as your career?

Answer: I was never dreamt about an IITian, but when I came in class 10th the love for solving the problems of mathematics made me to choose engineering as my career path. Now, am here.

Q6. Who was your inspiration throughout your journey from preparation to achieving 1st Rank in JEE Advanced 2016?

Answer: I met with Chitraang Murdia of Udaipur who was the topper of IIT 2014. “He shared some valuable tips on how to maintain cool and calm in times of distress or when things not going according to your plan. His words of wisdom that ‘maintain continuity’ still rings in my ear and has helped in preparing for an exam.” This meeting with him changed my mind and mode for methods for preparing IIT.

Q7. Which books and study material you used for preparation?

Answer: My studies was not limited with NCERT and coaching notes. I used to discuss with people a lot who have taken JEE Advanced exam.
