NCET 2026 Registration Details



The National Testing Agency (NTA) has initiated the registration for the National Common Entrance Test (NCET) 2026. Interested candidates can now submit their applications by visiting the official NTA NCET website.


Important Dates:


The registration period is currently open and will close on March 10, 2026. Candidates must complete their fee payment by March 11, 2026. The correction window will be available from March 12 to March 14, 2026, with the examination scheduled for April 17, 2026.


Those who take the NCET 2026 will be eligible for the counseling and admission processes for the 2026-27 academic year at various central and state universities, including institutions like IITs, NITs, RIEs, and other government colleges approved for the NCTE's Integrated Teacher Education Program (ITEP).


Steps to Apply:



  1. Visit the official NTA NCET website.

  2. Click on the NCET 2026 registration link on the homepage.

  3. A new page will appear where you need to register by providing your details.

  4. After registration, log in to your account.

  5. Complete the application form and pay the required fee.

  6. Submit the form and download the confirmation page.

  7. Keep a printed copy for your records.


Application Fees:


Candidates must pay an application fee based on their category: ₹1,200 for General, ₹1,000 for OBC-NCL/EWS, and ₹650 for SC, ST, and third gender categories. Payments should be made online.
