UGC NET June 2026: Correction Process Initiated
UGC NET June 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has launched the correction window for applicants of the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) scheduled for June 2026. Candidates can access the official site, ugcnet.nta.nic.in, to amend their application details. The final date for making these corrections is set for 11:50 PM on May 28, 2026.
This examination aims to assess eligibility for three categories: Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), Assistant Professor eligibility, and Ph.D. program admissions. The Exam City Slip will be available for download starting June 10, 2026, with Admit Cards issued on June 15, 2026. The examination is slated to occur from June 22 to June 30, 2026.

Application Correction Fee Rules
Candidates are allowed to make specific corrections to their UGC NET June 2026 application forms. If a change in 'Subject' leads to a different examination fee, the candidate must pay the additional amount. Previous fees paid will not be refunded.
All modifications will be valid only after the successful payment of any additional fees. Candidates are allowed only one chance to make corrections; once the form is corrected and submitted, further modifications are not permitted.
Steps to Correct the Registration Form
1. Visit the official NTA UGC NET website.
2. Click on the "Candidate Login" option on the homepage.
3. Log in using your Application Number and Password. Then, click on the “Application Correction Window” link.
4. Choose the information you wish to correct (like name, photograph, signature, etc.).
5. Enter the correct details and save the changes.
6. Review the form thoroughly.
7. Finally, submit the form and download the confirmation page.
