Candidates must bring their admit card along with a valid form of identity proof, such as an Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License. Entry to the examination hall will be denied without these documents.
Additional Exam Day Regulations

On the exam day, candidates are permitted to carry a sanitizer and a transparent water bottle. However, electronic devices are strictly prohibited in the exam hall. Additionally, candidates should bring a passport-sized photograph to facilitate the verification process. It is crucial not to carry any materials related to cheating or unauthorized study aids.
Exam Schedule and Timings
**Subject-wise Exam Dates and Shift Timings**
The UGC-NET re-examination will occur on September 9 and 10. The schedule is as follows:
- September 9: English exam in the morning shift and Commerce exam in the afternoon shift.
- September 10: Sociology exam will be conducted only in the morning shift.
The first shift will run from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, while the second shift will take place from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
