Meghalaya Board Announces Class 10 Exam Timetable for 2026-27
Timetable for Class 10 (SSLC) Examinations
The Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBOSE) has unveiled the schedule for the Class 10 (SSLC) examinations for the academic year 2026-27. The theory exams are set to begin on December 4, 2026, and will wrap up on December 16, 2026. The first subject, English, will be examined on December 4, followed by Science on December 7.
All subjects, except vocational ones, will be assessed from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The vocational subjects will have their exams from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Indian Languages and Vocational Subjects
The examination will cover various Indian languages, including Garo, Khasi, Hindi, Bengali, Assamese, Nepali, Urdu, and Mizo. Vocational subjects offered include Beauty & Wellness, Tourism, Health Care, Electronics, Agriculture, ITES, Apparel, Plumbing, Food Processing, Telecom, Banking, and Automobile Repair. Students can choose these vocational subjects instead of Computer Science or Health & Physical Education.
Examination halls will open at 9:30 AM, with question papers distributed at 9:45 AM and answer booklets at 9:50 AM. Students are required to start writing by 10:00 AM. The vocational subjects' theory exam will last for one hour, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Please note that the examination schedule may be subject to change due to unforeseen events or significant announcements from the State or Central Government.
