Kerala SSLC 10th Result 2023: Pass Percentage Over 99% For 3 Consecutive Years

As many as 99.70% of students who took the Kerala Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) Class 10th board exam in 2023 have successfully cleared it. The scorecards will be publicly available today, May 19 at 4 PM. Out of the 4,19,120 students who appeared for the exam, a total of 68,604 students have secured A+ grades, which is an increase from the previous year's 44,363 students. Overall, 4,17,864 students have cleared the exams this year. The Kerala SSLC Result 2023 Live Updates indicate the continuous improvement in pass percentages achieved by the Kerala board over the last 8 years. In 2021, the pass percentage was 99.47%, and in 2022, it was 99.26%. These results demonstrate better performance than the pre-pandemic period.

To pass the Kerala SSLC Class 10 examinations, students must obtain a minimum of 33% marks in each subject as well as in the overall aggregate.

The official websites at keralapareekshabhavan.in, keralaresults.nic.in, sslcexam.kerala.gov.in, and results.nic.in can be accessed by students to check their results. They need to provide their roll number and date of birth in the result login window to view their results.

The exams were conducted from March 9 to March 29. Reports suggest that the majority of students in the Malappuram district achieved A+ grades in every subject. Wayanad district had the lowest pass rate at 98.41%, while Kannur district had the highest pass percentage at 99.94%. Students dissatisfied with their marks will have the option to apply for re-evaluation starting in July this year. Once the re-evaluation process is completed, the results of the Kerala SSLC 10th exam 2023 will be considered final, and further objections against the re-evaluation will not be considered. The KBPE board also conducts supplementary exams for students who did not pass the Kerala SSLC exams. The results of the Kerala SSLC supplementary exams are expected to be announced tentatively in July.
