The official notification emphasizes that any legitimate grievances concerning the Provisional Allotment List can be submitted via email to ceekinfo.cee@kerala.gov.in, up until 12:00 PM on August 3rd, 2023. Following the resolution of valid complaints, the final allotment list will be released on the same day. The prospectus outlines that the university is obligated to validate the records of admitted candidates. A specialized team will undertake this verification process, and a comprehensive report will be submitted to the government within ten days from the final seat allotment's closing date.

It is imperative for candidates to fulfill the tuition fee payment and conclude the admission formalities within the stipulated deadline at the designated colleges. Non-compliance will regrettably lead to forfeiture of the allocated seat and any associated course preferences.
