Karnataka SSLC Toppers List 2023 OUT: Bhoomika Pai Tops Class 10th, Result Link Active, Check Toppers Names Here

The results for the Karnataka Class 10 exams have been announced by the Karnataka School Examinations and Assessments Board (KSEAB). The KSEEB 10th Pass Percentage for this year is 83.89%, and the 2023 topper list has also been revealed. Unlike last year, only four students have scored a perfect 625/625 marks. Bhoomika Pai from Bengaluru, Yashas Gowda from Chikkabalapur, Anupama Hireholi from Belagavi, and Bhimangouda Patil from Vijayapura have topped the Class 10 Merit List this year.

This year, 835,102 students appeared for the SSLC exams, out of which 700,619 passed. Girls have outperformed boys, with a pass percentage of 87% as compared to 80% for boys. The best performing areas this year are Chitradurga with a 96.8% pass percentage, followed by Mandya with 96.7% and Hassan with 96.6%. Last year, around 145 students had secured 100% marks in the SSLC exams, while this year, the number has decreased.

To pass the Class 10 exam, a candidate must receive a minimum of 35% in each subject and overall. This year, 10% grace marks were given to students, benefitting 59,246 students. Those who fail to score the minimum marks required for the Karnataka Secondary School Certificate can take the Karnataka Board Class 10 Compartment Exam 2023, which will be held approximately one month after the results are announced.

The Karnataka Class 10 board exam was conducted from March 31 to April 15, 2023. The Karnataka SSLC answer keys were released on April 17, 2023, and the evaluation process of Karnataka SSLC answer sheets began on April 21, 2023.
