JoSAA 2024 Final Seat Allocation Result Released: How to View Your Allotment

The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has announced the final round of seat allocation results for the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and the NIT+ system today, July 17, 2024. Candidates who participated in the last round can now view their allocation results on the official JoSAA website, josaa.nic.in.

JoSAA Counselling 2024: How to Check Seat Allotment Results

1. Visit the Official Website

   • Go to the JoSAA Counselling portal: josaa.nic.in.

2. Select the Allotment Result

   • Click on the “Round 5 Seat Allotment Result” link.

3. Login

   • Enter your login credentials to access your account.

4. View the Result

   • The allocation letter and seat allotment result for the final round will appear on the screen.

5. Download for Future Reference

   • Download and print the allotment result.

Post-Allotment Process

Following the announcement of the results, candidates must confirm their admission by:

• Paying the online fees.
• Uploading the necessary documents between July 17 and July 22.

If candidates do not confirm their seats within the stipulated time, the assigned seats will be cancelled.

• JEE Main Admit Card 2024
• Advanced JEE Admit Card
• Letter of Provisional Seat Allocation
• Grade 10 and 12 Certificates with Proof of Birth
• Identity Card with Photo
• Three Passport-Sized Pictures
• Health Certificate
• Certificate of Category (if applicable)
• PwD Certificate (if needed)
• PIO Card or OCI Certificate (if appropriate)
• Print Copy of Completed Seat Allotment Choices
• Proof of SBI Internet Banking or e-Challan Fee Payment
  • Fee Amount: Rs. 15,000 for SC/ST/PwD applicants and Rs. 35,000 for others.
