Indian Coast Guard Assistant Commandant Recruitment 02/2024: Final Merit List Out Now

Indian Coast Guard has released a recruitment notification for Assistant Commandant General Duty, Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL-SSA), and Technical (Engineering & Electrical) positions for the 01-2023 Batch. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria are invited to read the notification and apply online.

Important Dates:

• Starting Date to Apply Online: 01-09-2023 at 11:00 hrs
• Last Date to Apply Online: 24-09-2023 up to 17:00 hrs

Age Limit (as on 01-07-2023):

• For General Duty: 21-25 years
• For Commercial Pilot Entry (CPL-SSA): 19-25 years
• For Technical (Mechanical): Born between 01-07-1998 to 30-06-2002
• For Technical (Engineering & Electrical): 21-25 years
• Law Entry: 21-30 years Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Medical Standards:

• Height:
  • Asst Commandant (GD), Technical: Minimum 157 cms
  • Asst Commandant (CPL-SSA) (Men/Women): Minimum 162.5 cms, maximum 197 cms
• Weight: Proportionate to Height and Age, + 10 % acceptable
• Chest: Well proportionate, minimum expansion 5 cms
• Eye Sight:
  • Asst Commandant (GD): 6/6 6/9 – Uncorrected without Glass
  • Asst Commandant (CPL holders (SSA)): Correctable to 6/6
  • Asst Commandant (Tech): 6/36 6/36 – Uncorrected without Glass
