Details on ICSE-ISC 2028 Registration

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has launched the registration process for the upcoming ICSE Class 10 and Class 12 examinations set for 2028. Direct registration by students is not permitted; instead, it must be done through their schools affiliated with CISCE via the CISCE CAREERS portal. The board has provided distinct timelines for both ICSE and ISC registrations. Furthermore, CISCE has begun confirming entries for students who are already registered for the 2027 ICSE and ISC board exams. Schools can log into the portal to check student details and request any necessary changes by submitting the appropriate documents.

The registration process for the ISC Class 12 examination also started on August 5, 2026. The registration period for ISC will close on November 15, 2026, which is also the last date for registration without a late fee.


Important Note for Students

Students Cannot Register Themselves


Students are not allowed to apply directly on the CISCE portal for the ICSE and ISC 2028 examinations. The entire registration process is managed through their affiliated schools. Schools will input the necessary registration information on the CISCE Career Portal. Students must provide their personal details, subject choices, and required documents to their schools. It is crucial for students to verify their information thoroughly before submission.

After this period, confirmation with a late fee will be available from September 16 to September 30, 2026.
