Step 2: Complete the Annexure-1 Form
If you cannot locate your scorecard in DigiLocker, visit the official NTA website at nta.ac.in. Download the ‘Annexure-1’ form from the notification dated 17.09.2026 and fill it out with the required information.


Step 3: Submit Your Application
Once the form is completed, attach all necessary documents as specified in the public notice. You can either email the scanned documents to result@nta.ac.in or send them via Registered or Speed Post to the following address: Director (Examinations), National Testing Agency, 5th Floor, Government of India Press Building, Minto Road, New Delhi – 110002.
