CBSE Class 10, 12 Results Out: Top Highlights and Exam Dates for 2025 Board Exams

The CBSE Board Results 2024 for Classes 10 and 12 have been announced, showcasing significant achievements and statistics. Here are the key highlights:

1. Pass Percentage:

   • Class 10: The pass percentage stood at 93.60%.
   • Class 12: The pass percentage recorded was 87.98%.

2. Students Scoring High Marks:

   • Over 90%: 9.49% of Class 10 students and 7.16% of Class 12 students scored above 90%.
   • Above 95%: 2.14% of Class 10 students and 1.48% of Class 12 students scored above 95%.

3. Students with Compartment:

   • Class 10: 5.91% of students had compartment exams.
   • Class 12: 7.54% of students had compartment exams.

4. Top Performing Districts:

   • Trivandrum, Vijaywada, Chennai, and Bengaluru emerged as the top districts with the highest pass percentages in both Class 10 and Class 12.
   • Trivandrum recorded an impressive 99.75% pass percentage in Class 10 and 99.91% in Class 12.

5. Gender-wise Performance:

   • Girls outperformed boys with a 2.04% higher pass percentage in Class 10 and a significant 6.40% higher pass percentage in Class 12.

6. Institution-wise Performance:

   • Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNV) and Central Tibetan Schools Administration (CTSA) institutes showcased remarkable pass percentages in both Class 10 and 12.
   • JNV recorded 99.09% in Class 10 and 98.90% in Class 12, while CTSA achieved 99.23% in Class 10 and 94.40% in Class 12.

7. CBSE Board Exam 2025 Date:

   • The CBSE Board Exam 2025 is scheduled to commence from February 15, 2024.
