CBSE 10th Results 2023 Declared: 44,297 students score above 95%; JNVs, Kendriya Vidalaya results best among all schools
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the results for Class 10 students. Earlier today, the board had declared the results for Class 12 without any prior confirmation. Students can check their results on the official CBSE websites, results.cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in. This year, the overall pass percentage is 93.12 percent, which is marginally better than the pre-Covid year of 2019 when it was 91.10 percent. The board has compared this year's results with those of 2019 and found that girls have outperformed boys by 1.98 percent. In 2023, girls scored 94.25 percent, while boys scored 92.27 percent, whereas, in 2022, girls scored 95.21 percent and boys scored 93.80 percent.
The scores released will help Class 10 students to choose their streams- Arts, Science, and Commerce. Students who have cleared their Class 10 board exams will have the option to opt for any stream of their choice. In case the official websites are down, students can check their results on DigiLocker or the Umang Application.

- look for the CBSE result link under categories on the homepage,
- enter the required details, and submit.
The CBSE result will appear on the screen, and students can check their scores and download the marks.
To check the results on the UMANG app, students need to download the app from the Apple Store or Play Store, register with their mobile number and log in, click on the 'all services' section available on the homepage, select the 'CBSE' option to check the Class 10 result along with the academic year, enter the required credentials correctly, and submit. The CBSE Class 10th Result 2023 will appear on the screen, and students can save, download, and take a printout of the result.
