Important Dates for AMU BA LLB 2024

  • First Merit List: July 13, 2024
  • Second Merit List: July 24, 2024
  • Third Merit List: August 1, 2024

Candidates listed in the merit list are eligible for AMU BA LLB Counselling, and the seat allotment process will be conducted based on this merit list.

Documents Required for AMU BA LLB 2024 Counselling

Candidates must bring the following documents in original and four self-attested copies for document verification at AMU:

  1. AMU Entrance Exam 2024 Application Form: As submitted.
  2. AMU Entrance Exam 2024 Admit Card.
  3. AMU Entrance Exam 2024 Scorecard/Result.
  4. Class 12th and 10th Mark Sheets.
  5. Class 12th and 10th Certificates.
  6. Recent Passport Size Photographs: Six, as uploaded in the application form, in color with a white background (dimensions: 2.5 x 3.0 cm).
  7. Reserved Category Documents: Authorized by a competent authority/Naib Tehsildar/Deputy Collector or Higher Divisional Officer.
  8. PWD Category Certificate: From a Medical Practitioner not below the rank of Civil Surgeon verifying the extent (percentage) of disability.
  9. Income Certificate for EWS Category.
  10. Certificates for Children of AMU Employees: Employment Certificate from the Head of the Office where the candidate’s parent is working or has worked (retired/died in harness) in AMU, Aligarh, and it should be countersigned by the Service Book & Pension Section.
  11. Documents for Children of AMU Alumni: Certificate/Diploma/Degree/Marksheet (final year) of a regular course of study of duration not less than one year obtained by the parent from AMU. Also, an undertaking from the candidate’s parent as proof of the relationship of the candidate with the Certificate/Diploma/Degree/Marksheet holder.
  12. Documents for Children of Central Govt. Employees Recently Posted/Transferred to Aligarh: Attested copy of Transfer order of competent authority/certificate from the Head of the Department where the parent is serving in Aligarh indicating the date of posting and joining at Aligarh.
  13. Domicile Certificate: From the District Authority of the State/UT that candidates hail from.
  14. NCC Certificates: From schools/universities as per the level.
  15. Certificate for Children of Armed Forces Who Died in Combat: Issued by a higher authority of the Armed Forces and an undertaking by the candidate.
