AIBE 20 Result: The Bar Council of India (BCI) has officially announced the results for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE XX) today. Candidates who took the exam can access and download their results from the official website using their login credentials. This year, the overall pass rate stands at 69.21 percent.
Examination Statistics
According to the official data, a total of 251,968 candidates participated in the examination, with 174,386 successfully passing. Notably, three candidates were excluded from the results due to their OMR sheets not being received.
Those who passed will receive a Certificate of Practice (CoP), which must be collected in person from their respective State Bar Councils. This certificate is essential for candidates wishing to practice law in India.
Exam Details
The examination took place on November 30, 2025, across 399 centers nationwide from 1 PM to 4 PM. Candidates earned 1 mark for each correct answer, with no penalties for incorrect responses.
The results were compiled using the final answer key. Candidates had the opportunity to contest the provisional answer key until December 10, 2025. Following a review of the objections, the BCI removed five questions from each set before finalizing the answer key.
