Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWBD candidates) in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
- Higher Qualifications: Candidates with a Master’s Degree or Doctorate are also eligible.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
- Age Relaxation: As per NABARD’s regulations for reserved categories.
Application Fees
- SC/ST/PWBD Candidates: ₹150 (Intimation Charges)
- Other Candidates: ₹850 (₹700 Application Fee + ₹150 Intimation Charges)
- NABARD Staff: Eligible for fee reimbursement upon submission of the receipt.
Selection Process

Preliminary Examination
- Subjects: Reasoning, English Language, Computer Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, Decision-Making, General Awareness, Rural Development, and Agriculture.
- Format: 200 questions, 120 minutes.

Main Examination
- Paper I: Descriptive Test in General English.
- Paper II:
- Objective Section: Economic and Social Issues, Agriculture and Rural Development.
- Descriptive Section: Includes questions on the same topics.

Psychometric Test
- Format: Multiple-choice questions to assess personality traits and role suitability.

Interview
- Format: Personal interview for candidates who pass the written exams and psychometric tests.
