Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Essential Qualification: Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWBD candidates) in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
  • Higher Qualifications: Candidates with a Master’s Degree or Doctorate are also eligible.

Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 21 years
  • Maximum Age: 30 years
  • Age Relaxation: As per NABARD’s regulations for reserved categories.

Application Fees

  • SC/ST/PWBD Candidates: ₹150 (Intimation Charges)
  • Other Candidates: ₹850 (₹700 Application Fee + ₹150 Intimation Charges)
  • NABARD Staff: Eligible for fee reimbursement upon submission of the receipt.

Selection Process

  1. Preliminary Examination

    • Subjects: Reasoning, English Language, Computer Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, Decision-Making, General Awareness, Rural Development, and Agriculture.
    • Format: 200 questions, 120 minutes.
  2. Main Examination

    • Paper I: Descriptive Test in General English.
    • Paper II:
      • Objective Section: Economic and Social Issues, Agriculture and Rural Development.
      • Descriptive Section: Includes questions on the same topics.
  3. Psychometric Test

    • Format: Multiple-choice questions to assess personality traits and role suitability.
  4. Interview

    • Format: Personal interview for candidates who pass the written exams and psychometric tests.
