Exciting news for those who took the Rajasthan BSTC (Pre D.El.Ed) 2026 exam! Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU), located in Kota, has officially announced the results today, June 10. Candidates can check their results and download their scorecards by visiting the official Rajasthan BSTC websites: predeledraj2026.com or vmou.ac.in. Those who have successfully passed the exam are now eligible to participate in the counseling process.
Eligibility for Counseling
To take part in the counseling round, candidates must meet the minimum qualifying marks established by VMOU. General category candidates need to achieve at least 50% of the total marks, while candidates from reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwD) must secure a minimum of 45%. Additionally, special provisions have been made for widows and divorced women in the General category. The allocation of seats and the admission process will be based on the ranks obtained in this entrance examination.

Exam Details
When was the exam conducted?
The Rajasthan BSTC exam took place on May 20 in two shifts: the first from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and the second from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. A total of 605,242 applications were submitted, with 497,178 candidates actually appearing for the exam. The examination was held at 1,774 centers across 41 districts in Rajasthan. Approximately 26,000 seats will be filled through this entrance exam, which is essential for candidates aspiring to become teachers in primary schools. The D.El.Ed course, also known as BSTC, lasts for two years and is a prerequisite for the Rajasthan Third Grade Teacher (Level-1) position.
