Overview: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released crucial details for candidates who have lost, had stolen, or damaged their scorecards. This guide outlines the steps necessary to obtain a duplicate scorecard.


Steps to Acquire a Duplicate Scorecard

Initial Check on DigiLocker:
Candidates are encouraged to first verify if their scorecard is accessible on DigiLocker. If found, it can be downloaded directly without any additional application.


Procedure if Not Available:
If the scorecard is not present on DigiLocker, candidates should visit the official NTA website (nta.ac.in) and download 'Annexure-1' from the notification dated September 17, 2026. After filling out the form, all required documents must be attached as specified.


Submission of Application:
Candidates can send their completed application and documents via email to result@nta.gov.in. Alternatively, they may opt to send their application through Registered Post or Speed Post to the following address:
