Eligibility Criteria

Who Can Apply?


Educational Qualification: Applicants must possess a Master's degree in the relevant field from a recognized institution with a minimum of 55% marks. Additionally, candidates should have cleared the NET exam conducted by UGC or CSIR, or the state-level SLET/SET exam. Those with a PhD degree in accordance with UGC guidelines are exempt from the NET requirement.


Age Limit: The age range for applicants is between 21 and 62 years. Relaxations in the upper age limit will be provided to candidates from reserved categories as per state government regulations.


Application Fee Details

Application Fee: Candidates from General, OBC, and EWS categories must pay an application fee of ₹2,000. For SC and ST candidates from Uttar Pradesh, the fee is ₹1,000. Payments can only be made through online methods.
