- For Medical Assistant (Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy): Unmarried candidates born between 02 July 2002 and 02 July 2007; married candidates born between 02 July 2002 and 02 July 2005.
- Upper Age Limit: 21 Years.

Educational Qualifications Required
Educational Qualification
- Medical Assistant Trade: Candidates must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, achieving at least 50% marks overall and in English.
- Alternatively, candidates with a two-year vocational course including the same subjects and meeting the same percentage criteria are eligible.
- For Medical Assistant (Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy): Candidates must hold a Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy and have completed 10+2 with the required subjects and percentages.

- Physical Fitness Test (PFT): Candidates up to 21 years must complete a 1.6 Km run in 7 minutes; those above 21 years with a Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy must complete it in 7 minutes 30 seconds.
- Height: Minimum 152.5 cm.
- Weight: Proportionate to height and age.
- Visual Standards: 6/36 each eye, correctable to 6/9.
