Bihar DCECE Examination Schedule Released
The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has officially announced the examination dates for various tests. The Diploma-Certificate Entrance Competitive Examination (DCECE) is set to occur on May 23 and 24, with the application process already underway.
Candidates can submit their applications until April 21. Admit cards are scheduled for release on May 15, and there will be an opportunity to correct any application errors until April 23 and 24.
The DCECE will facilitate admissions into courses for Polytechnic (Engineering), Paramedical (Intermediate Level), and Paramedical (Secondary Level). The Polytechnic Engineering exam is slated for May 23, while the Paramedical exam will take place on May 24.
For the Paramedical (Intermediate Level) category, courses available include Diploma in Pharmacy, Sanitary Inspector, Ophthalmic Assistant, OT Assistant, Laboratory Technician, X-Ray Technician, Orthotic and Prosthetic Assistant, GNM, ANM, Dental Mechanics, and Dental Hygienist.
Admissions for ANM courses will cover 4,530 seats in 73 government institutions and 2,997 seats in 129 private institutions. For GNM courses, there are 1,538 seats available in 26 government institutions and 1,968 seats in 69 private institutions.
Additionally, BCECEB has set the date for the entrance examination for lateral entry into the second year of Polytechnic programs in both government and private institutions.
The Diploma Entrance Competitive Examination (Lateral Entry), which includes 1,406 seats, will be held on May 24. Admit cards will be available on May 15, with the application process starting on March 20 and closing on April 23. Candidates will have the chance to rectify application errors on April 25 and 26.
