Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID), a Maharatna company under the Ministry of Power of the Government of India, is currently accepting applications for 1045 Trade Apprentice posts. This recruitment drive commenced on July 1 and will conclude on July 31. Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply online before the last date.

Graduate Apprentice: Candidates must have completed a full-time, four-year program with a B.E (Bachelor of Engineering), B.Tech (Bachelor of Science), or B.Sc. (Engg.)(Bachelor of Science in Engineering) in the relevant engineering trade.
HR Executive: MBA (HR) or equivalent, along with a postgraduate diploma in personnel management or personnel management & industrial relations (both two years full time).
PR Assistant: Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication (BJMC), Bachelor of Mass Communication (BMC), or an equivalent degree (three years full-time course).
ITI (Industrial Training Institute): Candidates should have completed the relevant ITI trade for a full-time program.
The selection of candidates will be based on the marks obtained in the required qualification for the respective trade. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification. Upon successful completion of document verification, submission of a medical certificate in the required format, and execution of an apprenticeship contract agreement, letters of engagement will be issued to the candidates.
