**Candidate Applications and Exam Dates**
A total of 2,886,797 applications were submitted for this recruitment. The written examination was conducted in 75 districts across the state on the following dates: June 8, 9, and 10, 2026. The exam was held in six shifts.
**Physical Test Candidates**
Post-examination, candidates were shortlisted based on their normalized scores and applicable reservation rules. Approximately 76,164 candidates, about 2.33 times the number of vacancies, were invited for document verification and the physical standard test, which took place from August 17 to August 31, 2026.
**Physical Efficiency Test and Final Selection**
The physical efficiency test was conducted from October 1 to October 11, 2026, for candidates who passed the previous stages. The final selection list was prepared considering the following criteria:
