New Delhi: The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has launched a significant recruitment initiative for 41,424 Home Guard positions across the state. This is one of the largest job openings announced in recent years, providing thousands of young candidates with an opportunity to secure government employment. The application process is currently underway, with the final date for submissions set for December 17, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Requirements


Only candidates who are residents of the area from which they are applying will be considered eligible. Applicants with any physical health issues or criminal backgrounds will not be allowed to participate in the recruitment process. To apply for the Home Guard positions, candidates must have passed Class 10 from a recognized board. The minimum age limit is set at 18 years, while the maximum age limit is 30 years. However, candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per government regulations.
