For General/OBC and Scheduled Caste candidates, the chest measurement must be 79 cm without expansion and 84 cm with expansion. For ST candidates, the chest should measure 77 cm without expansion and 82 cm with expansion. Female candidates must be at least 152 cm tall, with 147 cm acceptable for ST women.
Running Requirements for UP Home Guard:
After document verification and physical measurements, candidates will participate in a physical efficiency test. Male candidates must complete a 4.8 km run within 28 minutes, while female candidates must finish a 2.4 km run in 16 minutes. Failure to meet these time limits will result in disqualification from the selection process.
Eligibility Criteria for Home Guard Recruitment:
To apply, candidates must have completed at least 10th grade from a recognized board. Those who have taken the exam but have not received their results are ineligible. The age limit for applicants is 18-30 years, calculated as of July 1, 2025, with exemptions for reserved categories.
