The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has announced a recruitment drive for 170 positions, including Firemen and Legislative Assembly Guards. Eligibility Criteria

Who Can Apply?

Candidates must have completed their 12th-grade education from a recognized board and hold a valid UPSSSC PET 2025 scorecard.

Age Requirements

The age range for applicants is set between 18 and 40 years. Age relaxation will be provided to candidates from reserved categories as per government norms.

Physical Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must also meet specific physical standards. For male candidates in the General, OBC, EWS, and SC categories, a minimum height of 168 cm is required, while female candidates must be at least 152 cm tall. Male candidates from the ST category need to be 160 cm tall, and female candidates must be 147 cm. Additional chest measurements apply to male candidates, and physical fitness will be evaluated through running and general fitness tests.

Selection Process Overview

The selection procedure consists of four stages: a written examination, a Physical Efficiency Test, document verification, and a medical examination. The written test will cover topics such as General Knowledge, Computer Fundamentals, and Uttar Pradesh-specific General Knowledge.
