The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has revealed plans to recruit pharmacists to fill existing vacancies within the state. The online application window will open on March 9 and will remain accessible until March 29. Candidates must complete their fee payment by April 5.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the UP Pharmacist Recruitment 2026, candidates must possess a valid UPSSSC PET 2025 scorecard.

Applicants should hold a Diploma in Pharmacy from an accredited institution and must be registered with the Uttar Pradesh State Pharmacy Council.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and not older than 40 years as of July 1, 2026. Age relaxation will be applicable for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government regulations.

Selection Process

Candidates will be required to take a written examination as part of the selection process. The exam will feature 100 multiple-choice questions, with a total duration of 2 hours.

Each correct answer will earn one mark, while incorrect answers will incur a penalty of 0.25 marks.

The exam will include 65 questions on subject knowledge, 15 questions on computer and information technology, and 20 questions on general knowledge pertaining to Uttar Pradesh. Successful candidates will be offered a salary at Level 5.
