The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has revealed plans to recruit pharmacists to fill vacant roles across the state. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the UP Pharmacist Recruitment 2026, applicants must possess a valid UPSSSC PET 2025 scorecard.

Candidates should hold a Diploma in Pharmacy from an accredited institution and must be registered with the Uttar Pradesh State Pharmacy Council.

As of July 1, 2026, applicants must be at least 18 years old, with a maximum age limit of 40 years. Age relaxation will be applicable for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government regulations.

Selection Procedure

Candidates will need to take a written examination as part of the selection process. This exam will feature 100 multiple-choice questions, with a total duration of 2 hours. Each correct answer will earn one mark, while incorrect answers will incur a penalty of 0.25 marks.

The examination will include 65 questions focused on subject knowledge, 15 questions on computer and information technology, and 20 questions pertaining to general knowledge about Uttar Pradesh. Successful candidates will be offered a salary in accordance with Level 5.
