**Educational Qualifications Required**

**UPSSSC PET Scorecard Requirement:** Candidates must possess a scorecard from the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) conducted by the Commission. Selection for the main examination will be based on this PET score.

**Educational Background:** Applicants should have completed Class 12 with a focus on Biology or Agricultural Science, or possess a diploma in Animal Husbandry and Dairying.

**Age Criteria**

Candidates must be aged between 18 and 40 years to be eligible for this recruitment. Age relaxation will be provided to candidates from reserved categories as per government regulations.

**Application Fee**

The application fee is set at a nominal ₹25, which can be paid online.

**Main Examination Format**

Candidates who qualify based on their PET scores will need to take the main examination. This exam will feature 100 objective-type questions and will last for two hours. Each question carries one mark, and there will be a penalty of 25% (one-fourth) of a mark for each incorrect answer.
