Eligibility Criteria

• Joint Secretary:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
  • Age: 40 to 55 years

• Director:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Age: 35 to 45 years

• Deputy Secretary:

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
  • Age: 32 to 40 years

Applicants must be Indian nationals and currently employed in state governments, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), autonomous bodies, statutory organizations, universities, recognized research institutes, or equivalent levels in private sector companies, consulting firms, or international organizations. Central government employees are not eligible for these positions.
