Important Dates and Exam Details:
- Preliminary Exam Date: May 26, 2024
- Main Exam Date: October 19, 2024
- Last Date for Online Application: March 5, 2024
- Vacancies: Approximately 1,056 (40 reserved for PwBD category candidates)
- Application Fee: Rs 100 (Exempt for women, SC, ST, and PwBD candidates)
Eligibility Criteria:
To apply for the UPSC CSE 2024, candidates must:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or have an equivalent qualification.
- Be between the ages of 21 and 32.
Application Process:

One Time Registration (OTR): Register at the One Time Registration (OTR) platform on the website if not done previously (OTR registration is a one-time process).

Payment of Fee: Pay the application fee of Rs 100 online (Exempt for eligible categories).

Final Submission: Review your application details and submit the form.
Modification in OTR or Application Form:
Candidates can make changes to the application form from March 6, 2024, to March 12, 2024. The modification window will be open for 7 days from the date of opening. Note that changes in the OTR profile can be made once in a lifetime after registration.
