Candidate Selection Categories:
The UPSC has selected a total of 958 candidates based on their performance. This includes 317 candidates from the General category, 306 from the OBC category, 158 from the SC category, and 104 from the EWS category. Additionally, 73 candidates from the ST category have also succeeded. The overall count of qualified candidates includes 42 from the PwBD category.
Success Rate:
Out of 2,736 candidates who reached the interview stage of the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2025 after the Mains exam, 958 candidates have successfully made it to the final merit list. Those who are on the merit list will be appointed to various prestigious positions, including IAS, IPS, IFS, and IRS.
