The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has made the admit cards available for the Health Education Officer (HEO) recruitment examination. Candidates who submitted their applications can now head to the Commission's official website to download their hall tickets. A direct link for downloading the admit card is also provided on this page; simply click it and enter your login credentials to access your card.


**Exam Date Announcement**


The recruitment examination is scheduled for October 4, 2026. Online applications for this recruitment were accepted from December 22, 2025, to January 22, 2026, with a total of 1,24,806 candidates applying for 221 available positions.


**How to Download the Admit Card**


To download the UP Health Educator recruitment admit card, follow these steps:


1. Visit the official website.


2. On the homepage, find the recruitment dashboard and click on the link: "Admit Card:- CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD ADMIT CARD FOR ADVT.NO.D-6/E-1/2025, SWASTHYA SHIKSHA ADHIKARI (SCREENING) EXAM-2025, (EXAM. DATED-04/10/2026)."


3. Click the "Download Admit Card" button.


4. On the new page, input your Candidate OTR number, date of birth, and select your gender.


5. Enter the verification code and click the "Download Admit Card" button.


6. Your hall ticket will appear; download it and print a copy.


Candidates must bring a valid form of identification (such as an Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License) along with their admit card to the exam center for verification. Entry to the exam center will be denied without both the hall ticket and an identity proof, preventing candidates from taking the exam.
