The first event is scheduled for October 16 at the Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in Aliganj, Lucknow, where Hero MotoCorp Limited and Bax Energy Private Limited will be looking to fill a total of 800 positions. Additionally, a job fair will occur on October 13 at the Government Polytechnic in Vikas Nagar, Kanpur, providing opportunities for 1,628 roles across various companies. Candidates who have completed their 10th or 12th grade, or possess ITI or B.Sc. qualifications, are encouraged to attend these fairs to find suitable employment.

**Job Fair in Lucknow: 800 Positions Available**

The job fair at the Government ITI in Aliganj, Lucknow, will kick off at 10:00 AM on October 16. Hero MotoCorp will be hiring for 300 positions, while Bax Energy will offer 500 roles, totaling 800 vacancies. Interested applicants should attend based on their educational qualifications and the specific eligibility criteria for each position.

**Hero MotoCorp's Recruitment for 300 Positions**

Hero MotoCorp is set to recruit for 300 roles, including apprenticeships and internships. Young candidates aged 18 to 25 from trades such as Fitter, Turner, MMV (Mechanic Motor Vehicle), Machinist, Welder, and Electrician can apply for 150 ITI apprenticeship positions. The selection will include 50 men and 100 women, with a monthly stipend of ₹17,060 for those chosen.

Moreover, 150 positions are available for non-ITI candidates who have completed their 10th or 12th grade under the Pradhan Mantri Internship Scheme, with 50 men and 100 women to be selected. These candidates will receive a monthly payment of ₹23,321.

**Bax Energy's Recruitment for 500 Positions**

Bax Energy Private Limited aims to recruit 500 male candidates for roles in solar and wind energy projects. Eligible candidates aged between 18 and 35 years who have completed ITI or B.Sc. can apply for Technician and Helper positions, with a monthly CTC of ₹17,000 for selected individuals.

**Documents Required for Participation**

M.A. Khan, the Placement Officer at ITI Aliganj, has advised that interested candidates should arrive at the job fair on October 16 at 10:00 AM. They must bring their educational marksheets and certificates, a photocopy of their Aadhaar card, PAN card, a copy of their bank passbook, and four passport-sized photographs.
