Important Guidelines for UP Police Constable Recruitment Exam

The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has released crucial instructions for candidates participating in the UP Police Constable recruitment examination. A firm prohibition has been placed on discussing or analyzing examination question papers on social media platforms. The Board has made it clear that sharing any question paper or related materials will be treated as a serious offense, leading to both legal and disciplinary actions against offenders. This measure aims to maintain the integrity and fairness of the examination process.

The Board has warned that anyone found distributing the question paper or examination-related materials—whether verbally, in writing, electronically, or through any other means—could face legal and departmental repercussions. These guidelines are enforced under the Uttar Pradesh Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024.

**Taking OMR Sheets Out of the Center is a Crime**

Additionally, the UP Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has highlighted that removing the original OMR sheet from the examination center constitutes a serious breach of regulations. Keeping examination materials without authorization or misusing them will also be considered a punishable offense. In such cases, appropriate actions will be taken against the individual as per the relevant rules.

**Emphasis on Maintaining Examination Transparency**

To ensure a fair and transparent examination process, the Board has stressed that all candidates must comply with the established rules. They will monitor social media and other digital platforms closely. If any suspicious activities are detected, or if individuals are found sharing confidential examination information, immediate action will be taken.

**Advice to Steer Clear of Rumors**

The UP Police Recruitment Board has urged candidates to be cautious of fake question papers, rumors, and misleading information. For accurate details regarding the examination, candidates should depend solely on the Board's official website and notices. Regular checks on the website for updates are also recommended.
