UP Home Guard Recruitment: The Uttar Pradesh government has announced the examination dates for the recruitment of thousands of Home Guards. Physical Efficiency Test Requirements

For the physical efficiency test, male candidates must complete a 4.8 km run within 28 minutes. Only those who meet this requirement will advance in the selection process. Female candidates are required to run 2.4 km in 16 minutes. Additionally, there is a 20% reservation for women in this recruitment.
Salary and Benefits
What is the salary?
Successful candidates will receive appointment letters upon passing the UP Home Guard recruitment examination. Once appointed, Home Guards will earn a daily allowance of Rs. 600, along with dearness and other allowances. The total monthly salary for a Home Guard can range between Rs. 28,000 and Rs. 30,000.
