About the Survey
This conceptual survey was conducted between March and July 2025 across 226 cities and towns in India. A total of 55,468 respondents were interviewed, including parents, teachers, principals, educators, and students from grades 10 to 12 belonging to socio-economic category 'A'.
Respondents were shown a pre-selected list of schools in their respective areas and asked to rate those schools on a ten-point scale based on 14 key criteria they were familiar with. The weightage for each criterion was determined through an initial stakeholder survey.
