To apply for the Accountant role, candidates need a bachelor's degree in commerce, accountancy, or a related field. Similarly, the Research Officer position also requires a master's degree in statistics, geography, or data science. Preference may be given to candidates with prior experience.
Regarding compensation, selected candidates will receive salaries that vary by position: Research Officers will earn ₹65,000 per month, Data Analysts ₹60,500, Field Investigators ₹35,000, and both Accountants and Program Coordinators ₹45,000. These salaries will adhere to the institute's guidelines.
