He may also assist faculty or teaching staff. Work assignments are related with their program of study or the department in which they are enrolled.
Counselor is a person, who helps people to explore their emotions which are related with their experiences. He works in a confidential setting and listens attentively to their clients. They offer them the time, empathy and respect they need to express their feelings. His main motive is to reduce confusion of clients and enable them to cope with challenges.
