SSC JE Result 2026: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the results for the first phase of the Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical) Examination 2025, specifically for Paper 1. This examination was conducted in a computer-based format from December 3 to 6, 2025, and again on December 13, 2025, at various locations nationwide.


Eligibility and Results Overview

A total of 15,607 candidates have qualified for the subsequent stage in Paper 1, although the results for two candidates have been withheld. Those eligible have been shortlisted for Paper 2 based on their performance in Paper 1.


Normalization of Scores

The Commission has indicated that due to the examination being conducted in multiple shifts, candidates' scores were adjusted using a normalization formula. The results were then compiled based on these normalized scores, leading to the selection of candidates for the next phase.

The Commission has announced that the results for two candidates, with roll numbers 625140014465 and 825140020334, are currently withheld due to administrative reasons.


Minimum Qualifying Marks

Minimum qualifying marks for Paper 1:



  • General Category (UR): 30%, equivalent to 60 marks

  • OBC/EWS: 25%, equivalent to 50 marks

  • All other categories: 20%, equivalent to 40 marks


Candidates meeting these minimum marks are deemed eligible for further processing.


Final Result and Next Steps

The SSC has stated that objections raised by candidates regarding the provisional answer key were reviewed, and necessary corrections were made. The Paper 1 results were then finalized based on the corrected answer key.
