Final Results for SSC JE 2025 Released



The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially announced the final results for the Junior Engineer Examination 2025. Candidates who took part in the examination can now access their results on the Commission's official website. The results are available in a PDF format, enabling candidates to verify their status by searching for their roll number or name. A total of 1,731 candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for the next phase.


Identity Verification Process Completed

The initial round of tentative allocations for the Junior Engineer examination was released on July 9, 2026. Following this, all shortlisted candidates were required to undergo an identity verification process, which took place at the respective SSC regional offices on July 20 and 21, 2026. The final results were published after this verification was completed.


Provisionally Recommended Candidates

The allocation of posts was based on candidates' online preferences, their merit, and the options selected during the sliding process, either 'FIX' or 'FLOAT'. In total, 1,731 candidates have been provisionally recommended for the next selection stage.


Distribution of Candidates by Options

Data from the SSC indicates that out of the candidates, 585 chose the 'FIX' option, while 1,028 opted for 'FLOAT'. Additionally, 118 new allocations were made to fill vacancies that arose due to candidates' absence during the sliding and identity verification stages.

The final result includes 1,731 provisionally selected candidates categorized as follows:



  • General (UR): 780

  • OBC: 432

  • SC: 270

  • EWS: 127

  • ST: 122


The Commission has issued provisional recommendations for all reported vacancies.
