The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the exam schedule for the Junior Engineer and Delhi Police Sub-Inspector recruitment. Candidates can expect the exams to take place from December 3-12, 2025. A new self-slot booking feature allows candidates to choose their exam city and date. The exam city slip will be available 10 days before the exam, with admit cards released four days prior. Exam Schedule Released by SSC



The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has unveiled the examination timetable for the Junior Engineer (JE) and Delhi Police Sub-Inspector (CPO) Recruitment Paper 1. This information was made public through a notification on the official SSC website, ssc.gov.in. Candidates are advised to note these dates and continue their preparations for the exams.

  • Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) Examination 2025 (Paper-I): December 3-6, 2025

  • Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces Examination 2025 (Paper-I): December 9-12, 2025


Self Slot Booking Facility

Choose Your Exam City and Date


The SSC has introduced a new feature called SSC Self Slot Booking, allowing candidates to select their preferred exam city and date by logging into the official SSC website, ssc.gov.in. Candidates can book their slots for the SSC JE recruitment from November 10 to 13, 2025, and for the SSC Delhi Police Sub-Inspector recruitment from November 17 to 21, 2025.

When to Expect Exam Details


The SSC will issue the exam city slip 10 days prior to the examination date, enabling candidates to plan their travel accordingly. Additionally, admit cards will be available online four days before the exam. Candidates can access their admit cards by logging into the website; these will not be distributed offline or via postal services.
