Qualifications and Skills Required:
Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree along with an MBA, PGDBA, PGDM, MMS in Finance, CA, CFA, or ICWA. Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of three years of relevant post-qualification experience.


Essential skills include proficiency in balance sheet preparation, credit proposal assessment, appraisal, and credit monitoring.


Age Criteria:
The age limit for candidates applying for these Specialist Officer roles ranges from 25 to 35 years. Relaxations are available for candidates from reserved categories:



  • 5 years for SC and ST candidates.

  • 3 years for OBC candidates.

  • 10 years for Persons with Disabilities.


Salary Structure:
