1. VP Wealth (SRM): 582

2. AVP Wealth (RM): 237

3. Customer Relationship Executive: 327

Qualifications Required

Candidates interested in the VP Wealth (SRM) role must possess a graduate degree from a recognized institution and an MBA in Banking, Finance, or Marketing with at least 60% marks. Additionally, certifications such as NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP/CFA, etc., are required, along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in sales and marketing.

For the AVP Wealth (RM) position, applicants should have a graduate degree and a postgraduate degree in Banking, Finance, or Marketing, along with the same certifications as above, and at least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing. Graduates are eligible for the Customer Relationship Executive role.

Age Criteria

The age limits are as follows: 26 to 42 years for VP Wealth (SRM), 23 to 35 years for AVP Wealth (RM), and 20 to 35 years for Customer Relationship Executive.

Selection Process

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their applications, followed by interviews conducted either in person, via phone, or through video calls, along with CTC negotiations for those selected.
