SBI Announces Final Results for Probationary Officer Positions
New Delhi: The State Bank of India (SBI) has released the final results for the Probationary Officer (PO) recruitment on December 19, 2025. This result pertains to candidates who participated in the group exercises and personal interviews for the SBI PO recruitment examination.
The final merit list has been compiled based on the combined scores from the second phase (main examination) and the third phase (interview/group discussion). Candidates who took part in the written exam, group exercises, and personal interviews can check their eligibility status on SBI's official website, sbi.bank.in.
Next Steps
Selected candidates will need to undergo document verification (DV) and a medical examination before receiving their final appointment letters.
Steps to Check and Download Scorecard
Step 1: Visit the official website sbi.co.in.
Step 2: Click on the 'Career' link located at the bottom of the homepage.
Step 3: Click on the recruitment results tab and select the PO final result link.
Step 4: A new PDF file will open; press Ctrl + F and search for your roll number in the merit list.
Step 5: Save the PDF for future reference during document verification.
SBI is expected to release the PO scorecards within the next 7-10 days. The scorecard will display section-wise scores, total marks, sectional cut-offs, and overall cut-offs. Candidates will need to log in using their registration number and date of birth to view their scorecards, which will include marks from the main examination as well as the interview and group exercises.

This time, SBI has initiated a recruitment campaign to fill a total of 541 vacancies for the Probationary Officer (PO) position. Among these, 500 are new regular vacancies, and 41 are pending vacancies.
The SBI PO examination is conducted for the recruitment of officers at managerial levels within the State Bank of India. Through this recruitment exam, candidates will be selected for leadership and decision-making roles in SBI branches.
