Job Opportunities: Sainik School Kodagu has announced recruitment for several positions, including Post Graduate Teacher (PGT), Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), and General Employee. A total of five vacancies are available: one each for PGT Chemistry, TGT English, TGT Hindi, TGT Social Science, and a General Employee.

Educational Requirements:
For the PGT Chemistry position, applicants must hold a relevant postgraduate degree with a minimum of 50% marks and a B.Ed qualification.
For TGT roles, candidates should possess a graduation degree or a four-year integrated degree in the relevant subject, also with at least 50% marks. A B.Ed qualification is essential, and candidates must have passed CTET Paper 2 or the relevant TET, if applicable, along with meeting any subject-specific requirements mentioned in the notification.
For the General Employee role, candidates should have completed Class 10 or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.
Age Criteria and Salary Structure:
The age limits differ by position: PGT candidates must be aged between 21 and 40 years, TGT candidates should be between 21 and 35 years, and General Employee applicants must be aged between 18 and 50 years.
Selected individuals will receive salaries as per the 7th Pay Commission guidelines. PGTs will earn an entry pay of Rs 47,600 per month, TGTs will receive Rs 44,900, and General Employees will have an entry pay of Rs 18,000 per month.
Application Fee:
General and OBC candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 500, while SC and ST candidates must pay Rs 350. Applications must be sent via Speed Post or Registered Post along with the necessary documents.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test, skill test, and interview. It is advisable for candidates to thoroughly review the official notification before applying.
